Meet the Executive Director & Owner

Renae Rollins has more than 30 years of experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry. Among being a licensed stylist, Renae also received her college degree in Psychology and is a registered ordained minister; serving in various capacities throughout the community.

In 1990, she opened World Class Hair Salon were she was the Owner and Operator. Renae always says “If your hair isn’t becoming to you, then you should be coming to me”.

In 2004, her vision for World Class Academy of Beauty was born. This school became an accredited institution educating and licensing students in the field of Cosmetology. A true pioneer and trailblazer in the community, Renae Rollins is a true inspiration and a living example of what God can do when you live by faith and always put him first.

Meet the Assistant Director

Reenie Kyles, has more than 10 years of experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry. Ms. Kyles has been trained and certified in hair care, skin care, and various beauty and hair Entities.

She believes, “all women are made beautiful. Beauty sits in the individual that embrace and flaunts it , and knows her true self.” – Reenie Kyles

Meet the Instructor

Joy Donaldson Stephens—

As a scholar in the haircare arena of the Big Bend area, “JOY” brings in over 28 years of Grace, Style, and Excellence along with other achievements and accomplishments.

As a child, Joy grew up mimicking the great styling techniques of her beloved Aunt Diane Roberts. Joy watched her make ladies’ hair look good and boost their confidence in ways that made them feel GREAT!!!  As a six years old girl, Joy remembers saying “I want to be just like my Aunt Diane…I want to make people laugh, smile, and be happy with me too!”  Joy believes that this reality and Bold Confidence are what started her journey and kept her grounded today.

Joy has a passion for Hair, her craft goes beyond thinking. Joy’s strategic styling techniques have earned her shears today. Joy has received achievements to the degree of Master Cosmetologist, Certified Master Educator specializing in Hairstyling & Updos, and Certified Cosmetology Educator and Classroom. Joy has not only made a lifelong career in Cosmetology, but also believes it is a Ministry given by God Almighty. Joy has been blessed with a special anointed oil that God has placed in her hands – as she touches the head of her Clients, it promotes healthy hair and growth.

Joy is often recognized as a pure perfectionist for her authentic crafts such as the invention of her legendary waves – Joy Waves, Signature Updos, Natural Weave installments, and Total Hair Care. Joy believes that no Client should leave her chair without EVERY HAIR IN PLACE!!!  In 2002, at the age of twenty-six, Joy opened and operated her first Salon, “Anointed Hands Beauty Salon” in Tallahassee, Florida. In 2005, Joy Co-Owned, opened, and operated Heavenly Hair Studio. From there, Joy branched back out on her own and opened and operated Donaldson Sista’s Production Beauty Salon, Supply & Barber Shop alongside her sister who operated the Beauty Supply Store. Since then, God led Joy to change the name of her business/brand to COUNT IT ALL JOY…The Beauty Experience is in operation today.

Joy has always had a desire and passion to teach, develop, enhance, and elevate students’ abilities. She is not only concerned about her Client/Student’s outer Beauty but their inner Beauty as well. Joy has transitioned graduate students of Cosmetology School into the realm of styling hair within a salon environment. As Joy talks with her clients/students, she ministers to the person as a whole – spiritually and genuinely.  Joy believes her clients are eager to sit in her chair, as they feel they always leave feeling Beautiful and Empowered!!

As a local Wakulla Native, Joy is the wife to Kenneth Stephens, mother of Brittany, Shamarial, Kelwin, Destine’, Christopher, Kayja, McKenzee’ and Kennedy. Joy is committed to giving back to the Community as she blesses school-age young Ladies with age-appropriate hairstyles at the start of the school year.

Joy is currently a License Educator at World Class Academy of Beauty as well as a continued Master Hair Stylist. Joy is working diligently to give students hands-on experiences that will continue the legacy of healthy hair and bold confidence.
